You agree not to sell any of the media you receive from us. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 36 hours from the scheduled time, you must pay a cancellation fee of $50. For property shoots, you agree to prepare your property and remove anything that you do not want to be photographed. Dogs must be placed in a kennel, or in a closed off room. Our photographers will not enter the house unless all dogs are contained. Photos are delivered ~ 3pm next business day. Videos are delivered after 3pm next business day.
There will be travel fees applied to appointments every 45 minutes away from the Main Office SAME DAY DELIVERY NOTICE Due to the influx of Same Day Deliveries, this will be limited to PHOTOS ONLY. Videos attached to Same Day Deliveries will receive editing priority to ensure they are edited and released as soon as possible next business day. Marks In Time will now require payment on delivery starting March 10th, 2023. Invoices for your purchase will go out the night before delivery and must be paid by 3pm the next business day for your media to be made available. We are using Square as our payment processor. This gives us the ability to securely keep a credit card on file for your account. We recommend keeping a card on file that we can automatically charge to ensure there are no delays on deliveries. Our Same Day Delivery and Weekend Delivery services will require you to keep a credit card on file to be charged at the time of delivery.
